Founded in 2019, Trio Orelon has already established itself as one of Germany’s most promising young ensembles. The trio met in Cologne at the University of Music and Dance and has been performing on national and international stages ever since.

The trio is a first prize winner of the ARD International Music Competition, of the Melbourne International Chamber Music Competition and of the Franz Schubert and the Modern Music Competition in Graz. In early 2022, the musicians recorded their debut CD, which features chamber

music works by the composer Amy Beach and it has been released in the summer of 2022.

The Trio Orelon has debuted in major concert halls such as the Tonhalle Düsseldorf, the Gewandhaus Leipzig, the Beethoven-Haus Bonn, the Alte Oper Frankfurt and the Konzerthaus Berlin.
